Leggz Dance Academy - Tuition Policy and Studio Rules

	Tuition is based on the dance season, which is a nine month payment schedule and not based on lessons per month.

	All tuition payments are due on or before the 1st of each month. Tuition will not be adjusted for missed classes.
	ALL ABSENCES MUST BE PAID FOR. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN FOR ANY REASON.
	Make-up classes are available within one month of class missed or forfeited. Please give us the courtesy of a phone call for lateness or absenteeism. Students with accounts ten days past due will be asked to sit and observe the class. All returned checks will be charged the maximum fee allowed by law.

		Have a friend register and get $10.00 of the next month's tuition.
		There will be a $20.00 discount given on tuition paid in full for the year.
		There is a 5% Family Discount.

	Visa, Mastercard, and American Express accepted.




	The School Director must be notified in writing immediately upon a student's withdrawal from the school. If a student withdraws after a new month has begun, he or she is still responsible for that month's tuition. Students are responsible for tuition as long as their name is still on the attendance list and still active in the computer.


		NO food, gum, or smoking permitted.
		Students more than 15 minutes late will be asked to observe class for protection against
		injury.
		All students must be picked up promptly after class.
		We are not responsible for students before classes begin, or after they end.
		All students are expected to conduct themselves in a safe, courteous, and responsible
		manner.
		Students may not leave class without permission.
		Hour-long classes of five or fewer students will be shortened to 45 minutes.
